If for some reason you're not happy with your Eastie Empire purchase we will be happy to exchange the item free of charge or issue a full refund including postage.
Returns must be notified to us at Eastie Returns (email@example.com) within 7 working days of receiving the order.

Goods must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and with their tags. We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and would appreciate it if any returned goods are packaged up in the same way, we can't be held responsible for goods that are damaged in transit.
We encourage our customers to use recorded delivery and cannot be held responsible for any returns which do not reach us.
Refunds will include the original delivery charges and we will cover the cost of postage for exchanges. Eastie Empire will not cover the cost of returning the items.
Once the product has been received and inspected we will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return. After you have received the email please allow 5 working days for the refund to be credited to your account or exchange to be dispatched.
We only accept Paypal for payments. Refunds can only be made back to the Paypal account which was used for purchase.
